I had such a great time working with my son’s classmates on this art project for the school Silent Auction. Might be something fun to do with my older clients as well or use the chalkboard to write fun notes on (birthdates, Love You, Happy Father’s/Mother’s Day, etc.). I have some great ideas for next year’s project already!
My good friend Danielle and I have been wanting to do a fun photo/video shoot of our kids for a long time. We finally found a great song, bought some cool clothes for the kids (at H&M in case you like what you see), and took my son’s drum set down to the beach at sunset. These are some of the photos from this project (as well as their family photo shoot that we did at the same time) and I will share the video once it’s completed. We had SO MUCH FUN doing this and I’m excited to share it with you all.
This was my third photo session with the adorable and full of personality Gamble. The family is moving and they wanted a photo that would remind them of their L.A. days. Of course we went to the beach! Here is a slideshow of the images from that shoot.
I photographed this adorable little girl at the studio this weekend. I’ve taken her photos since she was a newborn and she is so much fun to work with! I get a kick out of her every time and LOVE her beautiful, curly red hair. Her mom is due for another baby in August, so it was nice to have a little “mother/daughter” shoot before baby #2 comes along.
I met this family for the first time on Saturday. It was a beautiful day at the beach but pretty chilly. Little Stephen’s lips were blue and his teeth were chattering by the end of the shoot, but he was still smiling! What a trooper! Here are a few of the images from this great family portrait session.
Just another day in Malibu!! These two boys are just adorable and I had a wonderful time spending the afternoon with them at the beach.
It’s been almost a week since the Red Cross benefit and I’ve finally finished editing all the wonderful photographs from those two days. Here is a video highlighting just a few of the photos taken. Enjoy!!

I have a client whose father is having a milestone birthday this month. The entire family (his three brothers, their wives, and children as well as the grandparents) decided to all get together in Palm Springs to celebrate and asked me to photograph the entire clan – all 19 of them. I had such a great time photographing this family. The kids were some of the most well behaved, sweet little ones I’ve ever met. They held their brother/sister’s hand when I asked, they smiled perfectly, and they put up with a portrait shoot that lasted over an hour. I think it helped that I had my “reward ” lollipops on hand! Thank you Clark family for including me in this celebration!
